Shuffled Perspectives | A Community Art Show | July 24th 6:30 pm
Baker Hunt Art and Cultural Center is excited for a new show, Shuffled Perspectives; a community art show inspired by, or using playing cards, and the conceptual ideas of the artist. This art show is open and free to the community. This show will be opening from 6:30 until 8:30 pm, July 24th, the same evening as our Music in the Garden event. The community is encouraged to apply regardless of experience.
Artists are encouraged to use playing cards to create a work of art, or create work inspired by playing cards, or games using cards. The theme is up for interpretation. 2D and 3D works will be accepted.
Artists will be divided into one of 3 categories: youth (ages 4-12), teen (ages 13-18) or adult (18+). One winner will be chosen from each category. We are grateful for Dice on Draft, who will be one of the judges, and will provide the prize in the adult category, a $100 gift card to Dice on Draft!

Show Goals
-Provide the community with an opportunity to show their work and express themselves
-Provide guests the opportunity to enjoy, appreciate, and learn about art and the people within the community
