Who says great salads are just for summer? In this vibrant, flavor-packed class, we’ll explore creative ways to turn everyday ingredients into delicious seasonal dishes. The menu includes a crisp and creamy Feta Ranch Wedge, Spicy Cucumbers with Mint, Scallions, and Crushed Peanuts, and a beautiful Roasted Carrot Salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette. Learn how to balance textures, build flavor, and make dressings that transform simple produce into something special—all year long. Students will work in pairs, class is for students ages 16+ Please register by March 1st
