Making Sushi!
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 | 5:30-7:00pm

Join us for a hands-on Sushi Rolling Class where you’ll learn the secrets to perfectly seasoned sushi rice and the essential techniques behind crafting beautiful, delicious maki rolls. Guided by Chef Mao, you’ll create your own tuna or spicy tuna roll and master the iconic California roll. Prefer a plant based option? Vegetarian alternatives are available—just note it when you sign up! Whether you’re a sushi lover, a curious cook, or someone looking for a fun culinary night out, this class delivers a flavorful, skill building experience you won’t want to miss.

Shape-Shifting Foods
5-Day Cooking Camp | July 13 – July 17
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 7 to 10

CAMP Theme:

We eat with our eyes first! Lots of foods take forms other than their original/natural state – it’s part of the process, and part of the fun of cooking! This camp explores those processes in a fun and delicious way. Join us for a week of flavorful food transformations of all shapes & sizes.

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover techniques in baking and cooking with shapes and textures that change the way you see your food, and fun ways to eat it, too!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create and shape a variety of delicious foods: pretzels, porcupine buns, challah, pizza, cookies, meatballs, donut-holes, onigiri (rice), and so much more! Eat all you’d like during camp, and take any leftovers home with you each day!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm
