Comfort Food with a Kick: “Elotes” Stuffed Peppers and Picadillo
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Bring big Tex-Mex flavor to your home kitchen with Chef Mona in this hands on class featuring two crowd pleasing favorites: Elote Stuffed Peppers and Picadillo. You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor with aromatics and spices, balance sweet savory notes and create a satisfying pepper filling inspired by street corn “elote.” Along the way, Chef Mona will share smart prep tips, substitutions (including vegetarian options), and techniques you can repeat for easy weeknight dinners or a make ahead meal for guests. Vegetarian options upon request.

Mastering Marinades and Rubs
No Fuss Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, June 24th | 5:30-7:30pm

Get cooking in this hands on summer class focused on three bold, versatile flavor combinations that make everyday meals shine. Chef Lilly will break down how rubs and marinades work, then guide you through cooking chicken, pork, and seasonal vegetables using each one. You’ll sit down to enjoy a flavorful meal served over rice.
You’ll cook with:
• Garlic, Lemon & Herbs – bright and Mediterranean inspired
• Soy, Ginger & Sesame – savory and perfectly balanced
• Achiote, Cumin & Coriander – earthy, smoky, and gently warm
Designed for easy wins and repeat use all year long, this class is all about big flavor, simple technique, and eating well.

Cooking Around the World
5-Days | June 22 – June 26
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

Take a culinary trip around the world without leaving town! In this week-long camp, you’ll work with Chef to prepare lots of different dishes from around the world, discussing culture and history along the way!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover the fun and delicious world of FOOD! Take a “trip” to Japan, Latin America, Europe, India, and more without leaving town!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create delicious dishes like Chinese Fried Rice, Paad Thai from Thailand, Pasta from Italy, and so much more! Eat all you’d like in class, and take the leftovers home with you!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

World of Food – All Wrapped Up
5-Day Cooking Camp | June 15 – June 19
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

Not your average “Wrap.” “Wrapped Up” foods are in every culture around the world, and we’re not just talking about chicken-snack-wraps! Come and explore these “wrappers delights”: Hand Pies, Sushi Rolls, Indian samosas, Latin American Empanadas, Bao Buns from China, Ravioli from Italy, and more!

What You’ll Discover:

Wrapping and stuffing foods is as fun as it is delicious! In this camp you’ll discover wrapped-up faves from around the world, the history behind the foods, and how to make them. These delicacies are perfect snack-sized treats you will be making at home for years to come!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create “wrapped-up” foods like hand pies, empanadas, bao buns, ravioli, stuffed dumplings, and more! Eat all you’d like in class and take any leftovers home to share!

Before-Care Available:
