Cooking Around the World
5-Days | June 22 – June 26
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

Take a culinary trip around the world without leaving town! In this week-long camp, you’ll work with Chef to prepare lots of different dishes from around the world, discussing culture and history along the way!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover the fun and delicious world of FOOD! Take a “trip” to Japan, Latin America, Europe, India, and more without leaving town!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create delicious dishes like Chinese Fried Rice, Paad Thai from Thailand, Pasta from Italy, and so much more! Eat all you’d like in class, and take the leftovers home with you!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Super-Bowl, Super Foods
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Saturday, January 31st, 2026 | 10:30am-12:30pm

Get ready for the big game and wow your friends with Chef CJ’s twists on traditional snacks. In this cooking class you’ll pair up and create delicious Fiesta Potato Skins, Sweet & Spicy Berry Chicken Wings, and delicious Caprese Crostini with “Super Greens” Pesto!  Class is for ages 16+

Menu:

  • Fiesta Potato Skins
  • Sweet & Spicy Berry Chicken Wings
  • Caprese Crostini with “Super Greens” Pesto!

Skills You’ll Learn:

  • Kitchen Safety
  • Knife Skills
  • Hors d’oeuvres Preparation
  • Elevated Snack Game

What you’ll take home:

  • Enjoy your creations in class, and take leftovers home with you!
  • Recipe packets and skills to repeat the dishes at home

  • Class is for ages 16+
  • Great for Beginner to Advanced Cooks
  • Students work in pairs – sign up with a friend or bring a date!

Art-House Focaccia
Baking Class for Ages 9-12 w/Adult
Saturday, February 28th, 2026 | 12:30-2:30pm

Class is for youth ages 9-12 with an adult.  Please register by February 25th at noon.

Menu:

  • One-Hour Focaccia with Veggie Decorations
  • Marcella Hazans Butter Tomato Sauce
  • Whipped Cannoli Filling with Mixed Berry Compote

Skills You’ll Learn:

  • Measuring Skills
  • Focaccia Dough
  • Decorating and Baking Focaccia

What you’ll leave with:

  • A tray of focaccia bread with beautiful herb and vegetable decorations
