Pasta from Scratch!
Agnolotti Class for Ages 16+
Monday, November 3rd | 5:30-7:30pm

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for an evening of Italian favorites! Learn to prepare pasta dough from scratch and turn it into agnolotti, a small stuffed pasta shape like ravioli (but easier)! Students will also prepare a scratch Caesar salad, and Tiramisu! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

Menu:

  • Cheese Stuffed Agnolotti with red sauce
  • Scratch Caesar Salad
  • Light and Flavorful Tiramisu

  • Kitchen Safety
  • Knife Skills
  • Scratch pasta, and pasta machine use
  • Rolling Agnolotti

Mastering Italian Rice Dishes: The Art of Risotto and Beyond

Get set to head to the heart of northern Italy and explore the rich diversity of Italian rice while crafting creamy, flavorful risotto and arancini.
