Baker Hunt along with DBL Law is pleased to present a community exhibition highlighting the work of Baker Hunt artists, instructors, and friends. DBL will showcase over 40 pieces of artwork on its 1st and 4th floors. You will be greeted by a docent upon your arrival. The 30-minute tour will include a brief history of both organizations, a look into the thought process of the presented artwork, and a guided tour of the facility showing all represented artworks.
This is to register for viewing from 11:45 am – 12:15 pm, on July 10th. Meet at the front glass doors of DBL – 109 E 4th St, Covington, KY 41011. Must arrive on time, if tour leaves without you, you have missed the showing for this time.

 

PARKING Visitors with disability hangers or license plates are invited to park immediately in front of the DBL office building, where there are designated reserved spaces. For all other visitors, we recommend parking at one of the following nearby convenient locations:

  1. 381 Greenup Street surface parking lot immediately across 4th Street from The Covington Yard (the northwest corner of 4th& Greenup Streets).  The entrance is on the left immediately after crossing 4th Our office building entrance is a short one-half block west.  We recommend crossing to the south side of 4th Street at the pedestrian crossing at 4th and Greenup Streets.
  2. Art and Storytime | Fridays, March 6 – April 24th | 10:00 am

Join Baker Hunt and Read Ready Covington for a FREE art and storytime! Children ages 4-6 (and siblings) will enjoy a different book each week, read by a guest storyteller, then have a fun time making themed art with our Baker Hunt instructors! We end with play time outside!

Read Ready Covington is a city-wide early literacy initiative. Offering all residents access to diverse resources and information to use at home and on-the-go.

WHY? Families and our community need to better prepare our little ones with the early experiences they need to be ready for kindergarten to continue being successful through their school years.

This event is FREE, however registration is required for each event.
