You’ll learn the technique for achieving a crunchy, savory crust on sushi-grade Ahi using a clever “secret binder” before pairing it with a velvety Coconut Jasmine Rice infused with fresh cilantro. To balance the plate, we’ll toss a crisp Savory Cucumber Salad and whisk together a signature Soy-Honey Dipping Sauce that hits every salty and sweet note. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your knife skills or master high-heat cooking, you’ll leave with the confidence to recreate this sophisticated, tropical bistro meal in your own kitchen. Vegetarian Option available upon request.

In this fun, interactive class, we’ll cook together while building confidence with cast iron cooking techniques and knife skills—all while layering vibrant summer flavors into a meal that’s healthy, satisfying, and endlessly adaptable. You’ll whip up enough to take some home for another meal!
