“Keep the Pan” Paella
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, October 6th | 6:00-8:00pm
Join Chef Andrew Alcid for a delicious workshop all about Paella! Students will work in pairs to create a delicious paella; learn the secrets to working with different types of seafood, and saffron! At the conclusion of class, you get to take your very-own paella pan home with you so you can continue to make this delicious meal at home! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.
