“Keep the Pan” Paella
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, October 6th | 6:00-8:00pm

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for a delicious workshop all about Paella! Students will work in pairs to create a delicious paella; learn the secrets to working with different types of seafood, and saffron! At the conclusion of class, you get to take your very-own paella pan home with you so you can continue to make this delicious meal at home!  Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for a fun night of making “Take-Out” Chinese from scratch! Learn about techniques and ingredients to make your home-cooked Chinese taste just like the classics you’ve always enjoyed! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

Pasta from Scratch!
Agnolotti Class for Ages 16+
Monday, November 3rd | 5:30-7:30pm

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for an evening of Italian favorites! Learn to prepare pasta dough from scratch and turn it into agnolotti, a small stuffed pasta shape like ravioli (but easier)! Students will also prepare a scratch Caesar salad, and Tiramisu! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

Sushi at Home!
Sushi Making Class for Ages 16+
Monday, November 17th | 5:30-7:30pm

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for lesson in rolling your favorite sushi! This class explores the techniques to excellent sushi rice, delicious fillings, and perfectly rolled sushi!  Students get to take home their sushi mat for rolling sushi at home (a $15 value). Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

Ramen Class for Ages 16+

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for a Masterclass in Japanese Ramen. In this class, you’ll prepare ramen noodles from scratch, and work with other ingredients to make the perfect, hearty ramen. Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

“Home Alone” Pizza Party
Pizza from Scratch for Ages 11-15
Monday, December 15th | 5:30-7:30pm

Join Chef Andrew Alcid for a fun evening of Pizza and Ice Cream. In this class, youth will prepare pizza dough from scratch, make their own pizza with toppings of their choice, and enjoy it with a HUGE ice cream sundae!  Class is for youth ages 11-15.  Students work in pairs, but will make individual pizzas and sundaes.  Sign up with a friend!
