Mindful Art

January 8 – January 29 | Ages 16-99+
Class:
Work in various art mediums while learning how to practice mindfulness. Begin class with a guided meditation, followed by an art project using a different medium each week. Learn how to practice mindfulness not only in your artmaking, but in your everyday life.
What You’ll Learn:
In a calming group instructed environment, you’ll work on projects that include: watercolor, ceramic handbuilding, weaving on a lap loom, and printmaking
What You’ll Leave With:
By the end of each class meeting you will leave refreshed with a better mental and physical well-being, basic skills and knowledge in various art mediums, and skills to help with anxiety and stress.
