This is a simple sewing project using your machine and your imagination! A mug rug is a small, pieced project that incorporates all of the fun things about beginning sewing — picking fabrics, improvisation, seam allowances, straight-line quilting, and binding application.

Think of the mug rug like a landing spot for your favorite beverages!

***Recommended: Attendee possesses  basic knowledge of sewing machine use and sewing terminology.***

What You’ll Learn:

How to create straight line quilting, simple binding applications, creativity and improvisation, and more!

What You’ll Leave With:

Attendees will leave with one completed mug rug project. (approximately 5” x 5” square)
