Lilly Burdsall

Lilly has spent her career working as a chef and educator. Her love of cooking started at a young age cooking with her family, and passion became profession. She broke from fine-dining life and pursued a career in elementary school education. After receiving her education degree from UC, a dearth in the job market led to an epiphany – time to return to roots and teach cooking at the then newly built Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State. She spent 15 years there as an instructor and managing operations, purchasing, and sustainability programs. Lilly has been a consultant to many local chefs and restaurants over the years, and comes to us with a love of cooking, teaching, art, and community enrichment. In her spare time, Lilly enjoys music, nature, word & logic games, and the never-ending excitement of parenting two teens.
