Start the year strong with Chef Jo’s ultimate plant-based comfort menu. Think creamy tomato soup (without the cream), hearty shepherd’s pie, and brownies so good you’ll forget they’re vegan. Healthy never looked—or tasted—this indulgent. (VEGAN) Class is for students ages 16+, students work in pairs. Please register by January 29th at noon.
