Let’s think spring! Students will learn how to decorate cupcakes with flowers, leaves and more in various styles, developing skills in color blending, piping technique, and professional presentation. Class is for ages 16+

Box Mix Hacks: Cupcakes Made Chic
Baking and Decorating Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, June 9th | 5:30-7:30pm

Think box mix… but elevated.
In this hands on class, Chef Shaucuana of Cora’s Cakery shows you how to turn simple chocolate or vanilla cake mix into beautiful, bakery style cupcakes using smart flavor add ins and easy decorating techniques. You’ll bake, flavor, and decorate a dozen of your own cupcakes while learning how small upgrades make a big visual and flavor impact with no complicated skills required. Work with popular flavor profiles like cookies & crème, lemon, strawberry, cookie butter, chocolate caramel, peanut butter, and more. Then decorate with simple piping techniques and stunning finishes. Perfect for beginners, creative teens, and anyone who loves sweets with style.

Scratch Cinnamon Rolls
Baking Class for Ages 7-12 w/Adult
Tuesday, July 7th | 5:30-7:30pm

Learn how to make soft, homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch by mastering dough preparation, proofing, shaping, filling, and baking techniques, while understanding how yeast works to create texture and rise. This class is for ages 7-12 with an adult.

Cheesecake Cones: A Triple-Dessert Treat!
Baking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, May 12th | 5:30-7:30pm

Chef Knight of Cora’s Cakery, takes three classic desserts—cheesecake, waffle cones, and ice cream novelties—and transforms them into one show stopping treat: the Cheesecake Cone! This might be the sweetest mash up ever! In this hands on class, you’ll build decadent, chocolate lined waffle cones stuffed with silky cheesecake filling, then finish them with fun summery toppings in two favorite flavors, Strawberry Crunch, and Cookies & Crème. Fun to make, gorgeous to show off, and absolutely delicious to eat—this is the dessert class you don’t want to miss!

This class is for ages 16 and up, and you will be working in pairs, so sign up with a friend, or make a new one!
