Pasta from Scratch!
Agnolotti Class for Ages 16+
Monday, November 3rd | 5:30-7:30pm
Join Chef Andrew Alcid for an evening of Italian favorites! Learn to prepare pasta dough from scratch and turn it into agnolotti, a small stuffed pasta shape like ravioli (but easier)! Students will also prepare a scratch Caesar salad, and Tiramisu! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.

- Cheese Stuffed Agnolotti with red sauce
- Scratch Caesar Salad
- Light and Flavorful Tiramisu
