Join Chef Eric Polhamus for a delicious class all about classic salsas! Dive into 3 traditional salsas made quick, easy, but most of all delicious. In this class you will learn how to build flavor and depth in recipes, proper blender usage, and components of taste that can be applied across all recipes. This class will be fun, informative, and informal. Class is for students age 16+ and students will work in pairs – sign up with a friend!
