Eric Polhamus
Eric Polhamus is the former Executive Chef and Culinary Director for Opal Rooftop, Hangry Omar’s, and Rich’s Proper Food and Drink. A 2009 and 2010 graduate of The Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State, he has worked at multiple top 100 restaurants in the country. From French fine dining at Chez Nous Cuisine Francaise in Houston, Texas, to wood fire cooking in Covington, Kentucky, Chef Eric has a broad range of experience and techniques from 20 years in the Hospitality Industry.
