Join us for a workshop of theatre games! Whether a student has been on stage before or is just starting out, theatre games are a great way to practice acting as well as workout ones mind and body.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Fun acting warm-ups and stretches
  • Theatre games (Kitty-cat career, slideshow, machine, bus-stop, and more!)

What You’ll Leave With:

Students will leave the workshop having learned how to play several theatre games, and how it relates to acting and/or being on stage. Students will also leave with an introductory knowledge of improvisational acting.

If you’ve always wanted to learn to crochet but don’t know where to start, then this is the class for you! Learn the basics of the craft with the necessary tools, materials, and hands-on instruction.

What Will Students Learn?

-Basics of Crochet and how it differs from knitting
-Learn Essential Crochet stitches
-Learn to crochet a hat

What Will Students Leave With?

Students will leave the workshop with a crochet hat just in time for winter, as well as the skills to continue making crochet items at home!

Youth Crochet a Pumpkin or Clown Doll

October 19 – November 9 | Ages 10-14

General Class Description

Learn to crochet a cute (or creepy) Pumpkin doll or Clown doll: a perfect companion for the fall season! Students will be provided with tools, materials, and hands-on instructions. This class is for crochetters with a skill level of intermediate and up.

What Will Students Learn?

How to make a pumpkin doll or clown doll with step-by-step instructions. Further knowledge and increased skills of the art of crocheting.

What Will Students Leave With?

Students will leave the workshop with a unique, one-of-a-kind crochet doll and the knowledge to continue making similar dolls in the future.
