Spice up your Friday! Join Chef Eric Polhamus to create and cook with classic salsas. Dive into 3 quick & easy salsas for immediate munching with fresh chips and a tomatillo-jalapeno margarita. Learn from a pro how to use these recipes as multitaskers in your kitchen as you transform them beyond dips into building blocks of other meals, such as a base for delicious, braised meats, soups, or even a cocktail! In this class you will learn how to build flavor and depth in your cooking, and how to use one simple recipe for multiple meals. Class is for students age 21+ and students will work in pairs – perfect for date night, or sign up with a friend!
