Join Chef Andrew Alcid for a fun night of making “Take-Out” Chinese from scratch! Learn about techniques and ingredients to make your home-cooked Chinese taste just like the classics you’ve always enjoyed! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.
