Plant-Focused Dinner: Beat the Winter Blues

Winter doesn’t have to be gray! Brighten your plate (and your mood) with Chef Jo’s plant-powered creations. These bold, versatile recipes are perfect for dinner, snacks, or party bites. Flavor-packed, fuss-free, and guaranteed to make you fall in love with veggies all over again. (VEGETARIAN). Class is for ages 21+, registration includes two adult beverages from our menu of beer, wine, and NA options. Students work in pairs, so sign up with a friend!  Please register by January 12th at noon.

Fancy Date Night: Filet Mignon & Risotto
Date Night Class for Ages 21+
Thursday, March 12th, 2026 | 5:30-8:00pm

Enjoy a romantic and interactive date night as you cook a gourmet menu together, featuring tender filet mignon with a rich red wine reduction and creamy truffle risotto. You’ll round out the meal with perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts and a silky buttermilk panna cotta for dessert. This intimate class is the perfect blend of fine dining, fun, and connection. Class is for pairs ages 21+. Registration includes two adult beverages from our beer, wine, and NA options. Please register by March 8th at noon.

Celebrate 90+ years of culinary history with Chef Jo! We’re diving into the iconic Joy of Cooking—from vintage classics to modern twists. Bring your copy, share your foodie memories, and cook dishes that have stood the test of time. Nostalgia never tasted so good.  Class is for ages 21+; you will work in pairs. Registration includes 2 adult beverages from a list of beer and wine options. Please register by January 18th at noon.

Ditch the boring weeknight routine—Chef Jo is bringing the heat! Learn how to turn a simple sheet pan into a flavor explosion with sizzling fajitas, vibrant veggies, and all the fixings. Quick, easy, and seriously crave-worthy. Your dinner game? Leveled up. Enjoy two adult beverages during class from a menu of beer and wine options. Class is for ages 21+, students work in pairs. Join Chef Jo and cook from this multi-award winning cookbook by Samin Nosrat. This cookbook gives you more than recipes, it teaches you how to be a better cook. Explore the power of HEAT, the importance of SALT, the transformational power of ACID and the impact of good FAT in crafting dishes that sing!
