Cooking Class for Ages 21+

Get cozy in the warm kitchen with Chef Jo and try some new flavors in baked goods from chef Nadiya Hussain cookbook, “Nadiya Bakes”, winner of The Great British Baking show! You’ll make two sweet treats, a snack cake featuring warm spices and a creamy, crunchy quick British “pudding.” You’ll enjoy a chef’s demo of an Indian inspired vegetarian “Saag Paneer spanakopita with butternut squash”
Class is for ages 21+; you will work in pairs.
Menu:
- Turmeric and Ginger Diamond Snack Cakes (egg, wheat, sesame, honey)
- Mango and Black Peppercorn Cranachan (dairy, corn)
- Saag Paneer Spanikopita (dairy, wheat, nuts)
