Fused Glass Ornaments

This holiday season, bring your friends and family to Baker Hunt for an evening of fun as we debut a BRAND-NEW form of art making now being offered at Baker Hunt, FUSED GLASS! In this first of its kind medium, step-by-step instructional class, you will create your very own individualized FUSED GLASS ORNAMENTS just in time for the holiday season!

What You’ll Learn:

You will learn how to safely and properly use the basic set of tools of a glass artist, while learning how to cutting and grind glass to shape to satisfy your own individualized design’s needs.

What You’ll Leave With:

By the end of the two hour workshop, you will have learned and experienced first-hand all the steps of how to make a piece of fused glass art. Depending on the complexity of the student’s individual designs, you will create 1-2 fused glass ornaments in the allotted class time. After the class, the students will be notified via email as soon as the ornaments have finished firing and are available to be picked up.

Stained Glass: Santa Gnome

Class:

This holiday season, bring your friends and family to Baker Hunt for an evening of fun as you discover the basic steps and the tools used in the Stained Glass making process. In a step-by-step instruction, small group learning environment, you will create your very own individualized stained glass SANTA GNOME!

What You’ll Learn:

You will learn how to properly use the basic tools of a stained glass artist, and you will learn the FOUR basic steps of the stained glass making process: Glass Cutting, Glass Grinding, Foiling, and Soldering. 

What You’ll Leave With:

By the end of the three hour workshop, you will have learned and experienced first-hand all the steps of how to make a piece of stained glass art, and you will leave with a completed Glass Santa Gnome.

Flow & Restore Yoga
Wednesday, 7:00 pm
September 24 – October 15 | Ages 18+

This yoga class is slower in pace, cadence, and more gentle to your nervous system. In this class we practice less intense positions, and offer extended time for meditation, breath work, and relaxation. Beginner friendly. Class is beginner friendly, for adults ages 18+.

Equipment you’ll need:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Comfortable, unrestricting attire
  • Drinking Water
  • Face Towel

Equipment you may need (we have some):

  • Blocks
  • Yoga Blanket
  • Bolster
