Spooky Cake Pops

Join Chef Alex for a fun class all about making “spooky” cake pops!  We’ll work with pre-assembled cake pops, and decorate them with fondant, melting chocolates, googly-eyes, and more!  Class is for kids ages 7-10!

Dutch Baby – Sweet and Savory
Cooking Class for Ages 7-10 w/Adult
Wednesday, December 3 | 5:30-7:30pm

Work with Chef JoEllen to create the classic Dutch Baby!  Youth/Adult pairs will create Chocolate Dutch Babies, a Fruit and Yogurt Parfait, and Oven-Cooked Bacon! Class is for youth ages 7-10 with an Adult.

Homeschool Cooks!
4 Cooking Classes for Ages 11-15
Tuesdays Starting October 14 | 9:30-11:30am

Join Chef JoEllen for a 4-week class on cooking!  This class is designed for homeschoolers, and students will work through 4 weeks of menus, learning cooking and kitchen skills along the way.   Class is for youth ages 11-15. Class meets October 14, 21, 28, Nov 4.

Menus:

  • Week 1: Knife Skills – homemade ranch with fresh cut veggies, homemade bbq on baked chicken wings
  • Week 2: Reading Recipes – Caprese Salad, Frittata, Garlic Bread
  • Week 3: Mise en Place – Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Peanut Sauce
  • Week 4: Cooking Improv – Cheese and Chicken Quesadillas, Homemade Pico de Gallo

Cinnamon French Toast Casserole
Cooking Class for Ages 7-10 w/Adult
Tuesday, September 30| 5:30-7:00pm

Learn to make French toast for a crowd with prep ahead cinnamon French toast casserole, and yes you can serve meatballs with that but only if they are… breakfast sausage meatballs! Your young aspiring chef will LOVE getting their hands into this menu and they will be having so much fun they won’t realize they are learning kitchen safety and new skills at the same time! Class is for youth ages 7-10 with an Adult.
