Mindful Art

January 8 – January 29 | Ages 16-99+
Class:
Work in various art mediums while learning how to practice mindfulness. Begin class with a guided meditation, followed by an art project using a different medium each week. Learn how to practice mindfulness not only in your artmaking, but in your everyday life.
What You’ll Learn:
In a calming group instructed environment, you’ll work on projects that include: basket weaving, Japanese rock wrapping, ceramic handbuilding, creative drawing. etc.
What You’ll Leave With:
By the end of each class meeting you will leave refreshed with a better mental and physical well-being.
