Tina Barger
Tina runs a woman-owned gourmet mushroom farm operating year-round through Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). She started foraging on her third-generation family’s land at the tender age of six! Her company, The Shroomery, also offers a line of freeze-dried mushroom products. She is a practicing herbalist, Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist and serves on the Clermont County Farm Bureau Board of Trustees. The community-focused outreach includes partnerships with The Grant Career Center and the Clermont County Conservation Team. She has worked with students at Cincinnati State, University of Cincinnati, 4-H, and local garden clubs providing hands-on learning opportunities whenever possible. Tina brings a wealth of knowledge, amazing recipes, and practical cooking tips to Baker Hunt.
