Join Chef Alex for a class all about dinner rolls! Work with chef-prepared and already fermented dough to prepare the perfect dinner rolls, then make your own dough to take home and practice with! Students will prepare 12 dinner rolls of various styles. Class is for ages 16+; Students work in pairs.
