Shape-Shifting Foods
5-Day Cooking Camp | July 13 – July 17
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 7 to 10

CAMP Theme:

We eat with our eyes first! Lots of foods take forms other than their original/natural state – it’s part of the process, and part of the fun of cooking! This camp explores those processes in a fun and delicious way, so join us and shape some food to look the way you want it to!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover techniques in baking and cooking, and working with shape and texture to change the way you see your food.

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create and shape a variety of delicious foods: pretzels, porcupine buns, challah pizza, cookies, meatballs, donut-holes, onigiri (sushi), and so much more! Eat all you’d like during camp, and take any leftovers home with you each day!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Chef Secrets: Good Gadgets: Kitchen Powerhouse Tools
Kitchen Class for Ages 16+
Friday, February 20th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm

Do you have unused kitchen tools & appliances sitting around collecting dust? Let’s explore some incredibly useful and versatile kitchen tools while preparing delectable Creamy Cauliflower Soup, Asparagus-Carrot Salad, and Spicy Latin Meatballs. Maybe you only use your peeler for peeling; maybe you’re unsure if an investment in an appliance makes sense for you. Chef Lilly will teach you about some useful kitchen tools that truly maximize your time and food dollars using a variety of tools such as immersion blenders, food processors, mini choppers, and everyday items used to their maximum potential. Class is for ages 16+. Students work in pairs – sign up with a friend!  Please register by February 17th.

  • Creamy Cauliflower Soup
  • Asparagus-Carrot Salad with Vinaigrette
  • Spicy Latin Meatballs with White Bean Puree and Chimichurri
