Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, January 21st, 2026 | 11:00am-1:00pm

Meal-Prepping is all the rage, and deservedly so! For busy, on-the-go folks, there’s a lot to be said for having a week’s worth of meals ready in advance. Chef Mona will teach you how she preps for her private clients, building high-protein meals for vegetarians or meat-eaters that are so delicious, you’ll forget they’re good for you. In advance of class, you’ll choose one of these menu items, and then during class, you’ll pick one or more flavor profiles, to make 6 ready-to-eat (or freeze) prepped meals. Students will work in pairs, and everyone will take home 6 ready-to-eat (or freeze) prepped meals. Containers provided. We’ll send you an email to pick your menu before class (see options below). Class is for students ages 16+, students work in pairs but make their own choices and take home 6 meals each. Please register by January 17th at noon.
