Friday, 6:00 pm
May 8 | Ages 5-12 w/Adult

Class:

If you are looking for a unique, hand-made gift for Mom on Mother’s Day, this class is for you! Join us as we dive into the world of backyard birds as we create decorated birdseed wreaths! Sure to attract the attention of a variety of colorful, native birds to your backyard, this birdseed wreath will also attract the attention of Mom on her special day!

What You’ll Learn:

We will discuss the kinds of native and migrating birds that reside in the greater Cincinnati/NKY area for the spring and summer, as well as the different types of seeds, fruits, and nuts that they love to eat! We will also learn how to use eco- and bird-friendly materials as binding agents for our feeder wreaths.

What You’ll Leave With:

Each stud will leave with a beautiful, outdoor birdseed wreath (and a mold for future wreaths!) that has a one-of-a-kind design made with fruits, nuts, and other bird-loving foods…just in time for Mother’s Day! You will also have a greater appreciation for the birds in our area, and leave with tips for attracting specific birds to your backyard!
