Eat Now AND Later – Bechamel-Based Meals
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

In this class, you will learn to make the classic mother sauce, Bechamel, then use it in 2 different recipes – one will be a lovely lunch to share with classmates, the other will be packed for you to take home and have for dinner, or freeze for another time. This class is for students ages 16+, students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by February 6th at noon.
Menu:
- Batch of Bechamel
- Kentucky Hot Brown for lunch
- Take Home and Ready-to-Eat 2lb of Mac N Cheese

What you’ll take home:
- Any leftovers from your KY Hot Brown
- A 2lb tray of macaroni and cheese to eat or freeze
