Filipino – Adobo and Lumpia
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, August 26th | 5:30-8:00pm
Join us for an evening of Filipino cooking as we prepare two classic dishes from scratch: Chicken Adobo and Lumpia. Chicken Adobo, Philippines’ signature dish, features chicken simmered with soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic until tender and flavorful. Lumpia is a favorite, too – crisp spring rolls filled with a savory filling and served with a sweet-sour dipping sauce. Along the way, you’ll learn the techniques behind balancing sweet, salty, tangy, and savory flavors, plus tips for rolling, frying, and seasoning with confidence.
