Winter Diorama Ornaments

Class: 

Take a break from the holiday rush and relax. We will be painting and exploring mixed media winter dioramas. All participants will take home two ornaments perfect for stocking stuffers or festive home décor.

What You’ll Learn:

You will get first-hand experience of how to transform a 2-demsional surface to create a whimsical 3-demsional ornament in a step-by-step instructional, teacher-led environment. With this new knowledge and skill, you’ll be able to repeat the same steps at home to create as many as you need to help you spreading your annual holiday cheer!

What You’ll Leave With:

You will leave with a pair of beautiful, custom, and decorated holiday ornaments.

Flirty Apps and Sorrel Royale Cocktail

Ditch the traditional holiday get-together apps and join chef Mona in cooking up shareables worth talking about! This class focuses on preparing unique appetizers options utilizing a variety of techniques for different textures, colors and – of course – flavors! Prepare and enjoy a delicious cocktail (or mock version) of Champagne and Homemade Sorrel Syrup – a twist on the classic Kir Royale. This class is for ages 21+.  Students work in pairs, so it makes a great date!

Menu:

  • Black Bean Fritters with Chermoula (Tunisian Herb Sauce)
  • Apple and Walnut Cheese Tart with Tangy Cranberry Drizzle
  • Sorrel Royale – Champagne with homemade sorrel syrup

Festive Bites: Holiday Hors D’oeuvres & Festive Cocktails

Impress your guests this holiday season with make ahead hors d’oeuvres designed to keep you out of the kitchen during your get-together. You’ll prepare a delicious selection of appetizers with sophisticated flavors and beautiful presentations that are guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. To elevate the experience, each hors d’oeuvre will be paired with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail! These custom pairings are designed to complement the flavors of your dishes and inspire your holiday entertaining.  This class is for cooks ages 21+.

Just in time for holiday gift giving and dessert sharing, learn how simple it is to create exquisite dessert truffles with just a few basic ingredients in this fun and approachable class.  Whether you’re a seasoned baker, or new to the kitchen, you’ll gain the confidence to create endless flavor combinations and elevate your dessert game. Class is for students ages 16+ – students work in pairs, so sign up with a friend!
