Savoring Summer
Seasonal Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Thursday, June 25th, 2026 | 5:30-8:00pm
Join Chef and Artist Mary Seguin for a night of seasonal delights that are as beautiful as they are delicious! This menu highlights the simplicity and impact of cooking with fresh ingredients. Juicy heirloom tomatoes form the foundation of a tomato gruyère tart that feels indulgent yet straightforward. Crisp green beans tossed with a bright vinaigrette bring balance and freshness, while a blueberry and red lentil salad adds protein, color, and an unexpected sweet savory contrast. Wine and beer available for $6 each; 2-drink maximum per person.
