In this friendship bracelet-making class, you’ll learn how to create colorful, personalized bracelets using a variety of knotting techniques.

What You’ll Learn:

Starting with the basics, you’ll master how to measure, cut, and prepare threads — then explore classic patterns such as a spiral staircase bracelet, and a candy stripe bracelet.

What You’ll Leave With:

By the end of this class you will have learned the basic forward knot, and have the ability to create countless bracelets utilizing different colors. You will also have your very own bracelet to take home!

Greece in Your Garden!

Students will turn terracotta flower pots into their very own re-creation of ancient Greek pottery.

What You’ll Learn:

Students will learn about Greek myths & imagery, and the wonderful world of ancient art, as they consider what imagery is important to them.

What You’ll Leave With:

Each student will leave with a terracotta flower pot painted in the style of ancient black-figure Greek pottery.

Drawing Reptiles!

Get ready to explore the cool world of reptiles in this fun and creative drawing class for kids! In this hands-on class, young artists will learn how to draw amazing reptiles like snakes, lizards, and turtles!

What You’ll Learn:

We’ll break down basic reptile anatomy in a simple, kid-friendly way, looking at shapes, patterns, and how their bodies move, so kids can build confidence in their drawing skills. Along the way, we’ll share fun and fascinating facts about each animal, like how snakes slither, why lizards can lose their tails, and what makes turtles so unique.

What You’ll Leave With:

Students will leave with their own reptile drawings and a head full of cool new facts.

In this process-driven activity, students will learn how to execute symmetry and precision in their visual works by using natural materials in the form of thoughtfully-designed (and fun!) mandalas.

What You’ll Leave With:

Come away from this workshop with new skills and visual thoughtfulness that you can try at home or in our beautiful local parks!
