Andrew Vogel
Chef Andrew Vogel graduated from Northern Kentucky University and the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. He enjoyed his culinary classes so much he hung around and started teaching there! He shaped young culinarians ever since.
In addition to his day job, he worked in the kitchens of Jean-Robert de Cavel for more than 15 years. He teaches at Baker-Hunt in Covington, Kentucky and The Learning Kitchen in Mason, Ohio.
Outside of culinary, he and wife Wendy are avid board game collectors, designers, developers, and enthusiastic players. They’ve got 4 cats at home, and massive collections of both board games and culinary books. Wendy & Andrew enjoy riding road bicycles and being outside.
Chef Vogel is a Certified Chef de Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation.
