Introduction to Colored Pencil

September 25 – November 13 | Ages 14-99+
Have you ever wanted to learn how to draw with colored pencils, but didn’t know where to start? During this eight week class, students will be introduced to techniques essential to drawing with the colored pencil medium. The class will consist of two separate projects, helping the students establish a necessary foundation on which to expand their skills.
(Prior drawing experience isn’t required for this class, but it is encouraged.)
No makeup classes will be made available in the case of illness or inclement weather.

Supply List
– One 8in. x 10in. Pad of Bristol/Drawing Paper
– One #2 Pencil
– One Durable Erase
– One 24 count set of Prismacolor Colored Pencils
– These other colors of Prismacolor Colored Pencils will also be needed: 20% Cool Grey, 30% Cool Grey, 50% Cool Grey, 70% Cool Grey, and 90% Cool Grey.
– One Handheld pencil sharpener.
