Candy Camp!
5-Days | July 6 – July 10
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 10 to 14

CAMP Theme:

Candy Candy Candy! Learn all about different candies and other cooked-sugar techniques in this hands-on camp all about CANDY!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll uncover hidden talents in candy-making! Have you ever wondered about how different candies are made, or how sugar can be soft and chewy, and also hard as a candy-cane? Work with the chef to learn the delicious science behind our favorite treats!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create gummy-bears, hard candies like peppermints, caramels, sugared marshmallows, cotton candy, and more! You’ll also cook up a savory snack each day to balance all the sweetness!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Wrap it Up! Cooking Camp
5-Days | June 15 – June 19
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

That’s a Wrap!  Food “wraps” are in every culture around the world, and we’re not just talking about “wraps”! Come and explore the world of wrapped-up foods: hand pies, Indian samosas, Latin American Empanadas, Bao Buns from China, Ravioli from Italy, and more!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover the fun and delicious world of wrapped-up foods, the history behind the foods, how to make them, and so much more!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create wrapped-up foods like hand pies, empanadas, bao buns, ravioli, stuffed dumplings, and more! Eat all you’d like in class and take any leftovers home to share!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Super Bowl Snacks
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 | 6:00-8:00pm

Mona likes to remind us, “we’re here for a good time, not a long time!” Let’s cook up some sure to be “best of the party” game day munchies in a flash. Enjoy an adult beverage while you up your pre-game making Mo’Betta Cheese Puffs, Grid-Iron (ok, it’s cast-iron) Chili Corn Bread, and Sausage Cheese Ball Pinwheels. Everyone’s a winner with Chef Mona’s curated big-game hits. Class is for adults ages 21+. Students work in pairs, so sign up with a friend!

Menu:
