Work with Chef Kara to learn the art of cooking with whole fish! Learn all about removing fillets from whole fish and preparing Pecan Crusted Tilapia with an Apple Cider Reduction, served with rice pilaf, roasted broccoli, and a delicious apple pastry treat! Class is for students ages 16+
