Bring a date to this Surf & Turf cooking class for two! Chef Fairfield will guide you as you and your partner prepare a delicious filet of beef with sauteed shrimp and a decadent sauce, spinach gratin, crispy roasted fingerling potatoes, and chocolate pots de creme! Wine and beer will be served, 2 per guest. Please sign up for 1 “seat” per couple/pair. Vegan substitutions are not available at this time.
