Join chef JoEllen for a Brunch in Basque Country! Triple Citrus Burnt Cheesecake, Basque style Shakshuka, Crusty French Bread and Mimiosas! Simple ingredients with special seasoning and a pinch of technique will make any brunch a mini vacation. This menu is lazy weekend easy, but holiday family gathering impressive! Class is for ages 21+ alcohol will be served. You will work in pairs.
