Science of Candy – Dragon’s Beard
Cooking for Ages 7-10 w/Adult

Join Chef Jason Baum for a class on the Science of Candy! In this class, you’ll learn about cooking sugars to different stages for creating different types of candy, and you’ll make Dragon’s Beard Candy!  This class is for students ages 7-10 paired with an adult.  Purchase one “seat” per adult/child pair.
