Join Chef Alex for an in-depth class all about sauces! We’ll discuss the French “Mother Sauces” and prepare Bechamel (cream sauce), Hollandaise (egg sauce), and the perfect Velouté (stock sauce). Learn about roux, emulsions, and how to create myriad sauces from these bases. Class is for ages 16+
