Pate au Choux – Eclairs

Join Chef Alex in learning about one of the most versatile pastry doughs: Pate au Choux! Make eclairs and profiteroles with delicious fillings and toppings in this class. Students should be 16+ years of age.
All Baker Hunt students will be required to follow social distancing guidelines, must wear a mask, and will be temperature checked upon arrival to class. Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
