Start your day with an invigorating + energizing 60 min flow. We begin with gentle meditation & breath work, easing into our practice. Followed by sun salutations, standing postures, balancing & creative sequencing. A series of dynamic postures will be practiced to link breath with movement. We end the class with gentle stretching & a beautiful savasana. Class is suitable for all levels, modifications are offered.
