Virtual “Slice Along” Kitchen Skills Class
Saturday March 13th, 1:00-2:00pm EST
Sharpen your skills in the kitchen with this virtual knife skills class! Learn how to care for, hold, and use your knife safely, learn how to create different sizes of dice, brunoise, julienne, batonnet, and paysanne! Practice makes perfect! This class is offered online. Ages 14+
*Online Classes require access to a a device that has a webcam and a reliable internet connection. Information will be sent out via the email you used to register for the class on how to access the class using google classroom.
