Join Chef Rebecca Bryant and learn the secrets to the perfect French Fruit Tart! We’ll make the best tart crust, learn how to make beautiful fruit garnishes, and more. You’ll even get to keep the tart pan! Class is for students ages 16+. You will work in pairs or teams, but you’ll prepare your own tart, and keep your pan too!.
