Creating and Cooking Tacos and Taco Plates – A two part workshop
Friday, 6:00pm EST
May 7 and May 21
Ages 16+
$95.00
This is a hands-on, two-part (two day) workshop. In the first class, participants will learn how to design and create a 15”x6” taco plate/serving tray. Templates will be provided but students will have a chance to add their own creative mark to the surface of the tray or to the rim around the tray. Glaze color options will be available to choose from and the Baker Hunt staff will glaze your tray. Part two takes you into the kitchen to learn how to make your own street-style tacos. You will learn to create a trio of tacos – Carnitas, cilantro lime shrimp, and adobo chicken. Your finished taco plates will be ready by the second class. Taste your chef-inspired tacos on your very own taco plate! Take the plate with you to enjoy it in even more ways at home.
All Baker Hunt students will be required to follow social distancing guidelines, must wear a mask, and will be temperature checked upon arrival to class. Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
