Butchering and Roasting a Chicken
Wednesday, February 24 – 6:00-8:00pm
Learn how to butcher a chicken to maximize yield, and maximize your grocery dollar! Chef Alex will also show you two different preparations with your butchered chicken.
All Baker Hunt students will be required to follow social distancing guidelines, must wear a mask, and will be temperature checked upon arrival to class. Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
