Travel with Chef JoEllen to the ancient ports of Marseille, France and make an indulgent fish stew. Bouillabaisse is a fennel and saffron infused fish stew draped with a red pepper rouille sauce, served with garlic baguette croutons. We’ll pair this with some crisp white wine and a slice of olive oil cake for a meal to remember! Class is for ages 21+ Wine will be served. You will work in pairs.
